PWN Frankfurt is a welcoming local community of English-speaking professional women. We are part of a global network working towards balanced leadership and female empowerment. Our members are women aspiring to a fulfilling career (that might mean career advancement, but also starting a business or finding work-life balance), interested in leadership, uniquely female challenges and socialising with like-minded individuals.
PWN Frankfurt offers you a home, a place to learn from like-minded individuals; develop new skills (e.g. via our volunteering programme), air your professional concerns and frustrations and find solutions with your local community!
We hold events every 2 weeks, aka Women's Wednesdays. These events alternate between a professional event, to learn and develop hosted by speakers with diverse experiences, and a premium member social networking event where we can exchange and connect.
Become a member of the PWN Frankfurt community and you can access a ready-built support network that will help you achieve your professional aspirations.
Become a Corporate Partner and access in-depth knowledge that will support your organisation in putting gender balance at the very core of your operations.
Connect, share, learn, advance – yourself and the world!

PWN Frankfurt is a global network with a local experience. Our local branch serves the area of Frankfurt am Main, but there are many other city networks, with which our members can exchange and connect. Our members are women with experience in all different areas - business, non-profit, governmental or entrepreneurs - all are welcome!
We focus on promoting balanced leadership and career fulfillment, in all their multitudes of meanings, for women via exclusive events and tailor-made programmes.
There are three ways for an individual to get involved with PWNF:
1. Be a free member to receive news from us, plus the opportunity to join certain events at a per-event fee
2. Become a premium member to receive full access to all our events and, coming soon, our group mentorship programme (with a supplementary fee)
3. Learn and grow by becoming a volunteer and help us grow and develop even more useful, smart and fun events for our members
This is a crucial time for everyone interested in Diversity & Inclusion (and I wonder, would should not be…?). Hundreds of media stories remark that diverse organizations are the ones able to answer faster and more effectively to the current crisis...

"The past 12 months have been a rollercoaster. Now we are pressing pause to reflect back on the first year of our presidency. A year that we will not forget and a year that has taught us so much about leadership, comfort zones, cultures, humanity and humility. We have reflected on this period and created five lessons learned from leading a global voluntary organisation."
